Pets medication

Pet details

    During my absence Very Important Pets' will be caring for my Pet(s) and have my permission to transport them to your surgery for treatment. I authorise you to treat my Pet(s) and I will be responsible for payment to you either before my departure or on my return. I hereby give Very Important Pet's permission to transport my Pet(s) to the above mentioned veterinary surgeon.   8. PLEASE NOTE: if your cat is to have access to the garden / cat flap, that in the event of the pet going missing the pet sitter will:
    • continue with the agreed visits; notify the vet, ID chip, insurance and local police but;
    • not be held responsible for the loss of the pet.

  9. PLEASE NOTE: we charge a daily not nightly rate, dates that are charged at twice the normal rate are 25th & 26th December and 1st January. For the pet feeding services VIPs can only offer one visit to all clients on the 25th December (Christmas day). All other days we can offer 2 visits.
Booking confirmation

    I hereby confirm that I am the owner of the above named pet (s) and that I authorise VIPs registered national pet sitters to act as guardian during my absence and to take any action which he/she considers suitable in order to protect and keep in good health the above named pet(s).

    I do further confirm that I will be responsible for any costs which might be incurred, either veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident or damage caused to or by the above named pet(s) except third party liability, and that I will pay any such costs or expenses on demand. I also understand that no liability will be attached to Very Important Pets, pet sitters. I do also give my VIPs, pet sitter permission to transport my pet(s) in their vehicle during my absence.
