As clients you may be interested to know a little bit about the people you talk to here at VIPs HQ. We are a friendly team who love to talk to our clients and pet sitters.
Louise is the business owner; she set up VIPs in 2001 after working as a veterinary nurse for 11 years. Since then it has grown into the largest pet service agency in the south east. Louise has worked hard to maintain VIPs high standard of service and great reputation so we can continue to grow. She has two young children who keep her busy when she is not in the office.
Vicky (Office Admin)
Vicky started with us in July 2015 coming from an NHS office admin background, having worked in a large hospital. Vicky has two pug dogs, Omie and Molly which she adores. She is a true animal lover, and working at VIPs is her dream job!
Vanessa (Office Admin)
Vanessa has been with us for over two years she is a qualified Veterinary nurse, prior to joining VIPs she was practice manager for two Veterinary practices. When not at work she spends her time with her three teenage children, husband and her two cats, Fatty and Thomasina!
Sam (Social Media and marketing)
Sam started with VIPs in August 2017. She is a Registered Veterinary Nurse that lives and breathes marketing and social media. We are excited to have Sam join us, with her extensive veterinary and animal knowledge combined with marketing skills, she is a great asset to VIPs.
Heidi (Head dog trainer)
Heidi has been with us for over 6 years, she is a Veterinary nurse and a qualified dog trainer. Staring as an office assistant she later took the role as office manager and our head dog trainer. Heidi gave birth to her first baby in September 2015 so she now concentrates on running VIPs puppy school and Pet first aid seminars. Heidi is oftern accompanied by her lovely dog Meg.
Bea (Dog Trainer)
Bea currently works alongside Heidi at Very Important Pets running our Puppy Basics and Adolescent Classes and she also does one to one training appointments and home visits. Bea has worked with dogs and cats for a number of years. Currently she owns an Alaskan Malamute and four cats of her own and has a keen interest in all aspects of both feline and canine behaviour and training.
