Bea was absolutely fantastic, a wonderful lady, and our dogs took to her straight away. She took very great care of our dogs, and also of me as I was going for a medical procedure and was home alone, she ensured I was on before leaving. VIPs has been operating in our neighbourhood for a number of years. Having been recommended to countless numbers of clients, never have I heard a bad word against them. The staff are ever-professional (having been recruited even from our own flock!), the services they offer are all encompassing and they really have an ‘animal sense’ about them; meaning pets are at home under their care.

Fiona has such a lovely, friendly, caring personality, we got on from the initial phone call and she was fully prepared when we had our meeting, taking notes and playing with our Puppy. Our three month old Puppy Ella took to her from the start and I know it was reciprocated with Fiona. We very much look forward to having Fiona look after Ella again soon she is just what we wanted.

I couldn’t have felt more reassured and at ease leaving my miniature dachshund with Lucy and her little boy, Rafe, for my first holiday without him! I was having trouble finding anywhere to board my dog as he’s not yet neutered and doesn’t always get along with other dogs so coming across VIPs finally gave me a solution as they offer individual dog boarding with experienced pet sitters. We were matched with Lucy whose home & lifestyle was absolutely perfect for my dog. She kept me updated whilst I was away and he clearly felt right at home as he was in no rush to come with me when I arrived to pick him up! We had a great first experience with Lucy & VIPs and have already booked in for next time we go away!

We have never been away feeling so relaxed and confident our dog was in good hands. Mark and his family were so welcoming and reassuring. We had regular updates on Sunday’s adventures and she was returned absolutely exhausted from all the fun. Couldn’t recommend Mark more highly.

Tracey was great! We felt at ease leaving out kitten with her. She came prepared when visited us first and even brought a string to play and connect with your pet. She sent regular updates on the time that we agreed. We had bad experience with the cat sitters from other services, but this time we were 100% satisfied

Tracy is the best and my two cats (who are generally difficult with almost everyone) just love her – thank you!

I feel very blessed to have found Vanessa to look after Boo and Lyla when I was away. I came home to two cats who were very pleased to see me, but not at all distressed. In fact were so unbothered by my absence that there was no additional clingy-ness, no night-time shouting (well, no more than usual), and no colds – all of which have happened when I used a different sitting company and been away in the past. Boo and Lyla are Bengals, with high separation issues, and so this was a real win. They were both marginally plumper, relaxed, more playful with each other, and had clearly been very loved and cared for when I was away. Thank you again!

As usual, Valerie and Michael were wonderful. Molly is very well cared for and loved. All brilliant.
