  • As clients you may be interested to know a little bit about the people you talk to here at VIPS HQ. We are a friendly team who love to talk to our clients and pet sitters.

      • Louise Root

        Director

      • Louise is the business owner; she set up VIPs in 2001 after working as a veterinary nurse for 11 years. Since then it has grown into the largest pet service agency in the south east. Louise has worked hard to maintain VIPs high standard of service and great reputation so we can continue to grow. She has two young children who keep her busy when she is not in the office.

      • Claire

        Office admin

      • Claire has been with VIPs since March 2022, she comes with a office admin background and is originally from Scotland. Claire has a particular interest in dogs and also offers occasional pet sitting locally. She is a true animal lover, and working at VIPs is her dream job!

    • VIPs has been operating in our neighbourhood for a number of years. Having been recommended to countless numbers of clients, never have I heard a bad word against them. The staff are ever-professional (having been recruited even from our own flock!), the services they offer are all encompassing and they really have an ‘animal sense’ about them; meaning pets are at home under their care.

    • Bea was absolutely fantastic, a wonderful lady, and our dogs took to her straight away. She took very great care of our dogs, and also of me as I was going for a medical procedure and was home alone, she ensured I was on before leaving. We would be delighted to have Bea take care of our dogs again. Many thanks, as we edge close to our 10 years with VIP, I want to thank you for your continued great service.

    • Wendy is wonderful! This was new for us as we have never left our two boys for a week or used a pet sitter before but it could not have been easier. She looked after them beautifully and they were so relaxed and happy when we came home. She kept us updated everyday and we came home to a spotless house. Would love to use her again in the future and will be recommending VIP to our doggy friends!

    • We have never been away feeling so relaxed and confident our dog was in good hands. Mark and his family were so welcoming and reassuring. We had regular updates on Sunday’s adventures and she was returned absolutely exhausted from all the fun. Couldn’t recommend Mark more highly.
