As a horse owner, you know that your horse needs a lot of looking after. So when you’re away on holiday or you just need a need break, it’s reassuring to know that someone will, feed and care for your horse with the same love, care and attention as you do.
At Very Important Pets we have a team of dedicated and experienced horse sitters who provide horse care.
One of the horse carers from Very Important Pets will meet you and your horse and discuss his full routine and your exact requirements.
Our horse care service is flexible, so can be adapted to suit your horse’s exact routine and needs.
We ask that you pay your horse carer travelling expenses calculated at 45p per mile plus all parking, train fares and congestion charges. Travel expenses should be paid directly to them. We’ll always try and find a person that’s closest to you. But it’s worth finding out your Horse carers estimated travel costs before your first meeting.
Our horse care services include:
- Morning feed
- Evening feed
- Turning out
- Bringing in
- Changing rugs
- Mucking out stables
- Grooming
- Watering – both in the stable and paddock
