I couldn’t have felt more reassured and at ease leaving my miniature dachshund with Lucy and her little boy, Rafe, for my first holiday without him! I was having trouble finding anywhere to board my dog as he’s not yet neutered and doesn’t always get along with other dogs so coming across VIPs finally gave me a solution as they offer individual dog boarding with experienced pet sitters. We were matched with Lucy whose home & lifestyle was absolutely perfect for my dog. She kept me updated whilst I was away and he clearly felt right at home as he was in no rush to come with me when I arrived to pick him up! We had a great first experience with Lucy & VIPs and have already booked in for next time we go away!

Tracey was great! We felt at ease leaving out kitten with her. She came prepared when visited us first and even brought a string to play and connect with your pet. She sent regular updates on the time that we agreed. We had bad experience with the cat sitters from other services, but this time we were 100% satisfied

Bea was absolutely fantastic, a wonderful lady, and our dogs took to her straight away. She took very great care of our dogs, and also of me as I was going for a medical procedure and was home alone, she ensured I was on before leaving. This was our first time using a pet sitter and naturally I was anxious. However, Janey completely put my mind at rest, the cats warmed to her quickly and kept to their normal routine under her care. I cannot recommend Janey highly enough – both our cats and home were perfectly looked after in our absence. Five Stars, Janey! Five Stars, Very Important Pets!

We have never been away feeling so relaxed and confident our dog was in good hands. Mark and his family were so welcoming and reassuring. We had regular updates on Sunday’s adventures and she was returned absolutely exhausted from all the fun. Couldn’t recommend Mark more highly.

Wendy is wonderful! This was new for us as we have never left our two boys for a week or used a pet sitter before but it could not have been easier. She looked after them beautifully and they were so relaxed and happy when we came home. She kept us updated everyday and we came home to a spotless house.
