    • Kieran is extremely professional and cares about making sure my cat is happy and safe. I have had Kieran take care of my cat several times, and now I trust him to the extent that I am willing to plan my travel around his availability!

    • Carol is an amazing sitter, very committed with her work and she’s is really fond of dogs. She was sending me updates, photos and videos, and at the same time answering my questions almost immediately.
      I really recommend her.

    • I feel very blessed to have found Vanessa to look after Boo and Lyla when I was away. I came home to two cats who were very pleased to see me, but not at all distressed. In fact were so unbothered by my absence that there was no additional clingy-ness, no night-time shouting (well, no more than usual), and no colds – all of which have happened when I used a different sitting company and been away in the past. Boo and Lyla are Bengals, with high separation issues, and so this was a real win. They were both marginally plumper, relaxed, more playful with each other, and had clearly been very loved and cared for when I was away. Thank you again!

    • Wendy is wonderful! This was new for us as we have never left our two boys for a week or used a pet sitter before but it could not have been easier. She looked after them beautifully and they were so relaxed and happy when we came home. She kept us updated everyday and we came home to a spotless house. Would love to use her again in the future and will be recommending VIP to our doggy friends!

    • Tracey was great! We felt at ease leaving out kitten with her. She came prepared when visited us first and even brought a string to play and connect with your pet. She sent regular updates on the time that we agreed. We had bad experience with the cat sitters from other services, but this time we were 100% satisfied
