1. Please note Bank holidays are charged at time and a half, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day which are charged at twice the normal rate.
2. For the pet feeding services VIPs can only offer one visit to all clients on the 25th December (Christmas day). All other days we can offer 2 visits.
3. VIPs charges a daily rate not a nightly rate and has a minimum booking period of two days on most services. All bookings where the sitter stays or pet boards one night will be charged as two days.
4. These prices do not include key collection, travel expenses or parking/congestion charges. These additional services are charged as follows: Parking and congestion charge - At cost Key collection - £5 (for Cat feeding and dog walking jobs) Travel expenses - At cost or 45p per mile (applicable to all other services on the meeting date, and first and last day of the booking)
5. Your booking will not be confirmed until VIPs’ charges have been paid
6. Once your booking is confirmed VIPs’ charges are non-refundable.
